Can someone please 'splain to me why we start every fishing trip like this?

And So Begins our fishing trip...

Looks like lots of other lakes, right?  I'm sure there are fish there.

Must be a bass here         ...or here?        Surely there is one here!

   

Apparently the bass didn't read the same book we did, none to be found.

The scenery was nice, though.

Oops!  I figured it out...

The bass have all been airlifted to Florida for the winter!

Oh, well.  The company sure was pleasant...
