We use a tiered pricing structure. The more you buy the more you save.
Whether you are stocking a large store, web site or buying items to use in crafts and antiques shows or even your own home
we can accommodate you.
If you need a quantity that isn't listed on our web site just e-mail and we'll see what we can do.
PA Residents must pay 6% sales tax or please fill out and fax or mail an exemption certificate to us. If you have a reseller's license in PA you'll have to e-mail your order.

As of 10/15/03, we no longer ship to APO, FPO, or Military addresses.
Please provide a physial, domestic address for your package and arrange to have the items forwarded to you by a friend or family member. If you cannot provide a physical, domestic address we will return your money.

Q: Can I phone in my order and give you my credit card number?
A: Nope, sorry. We don't take credit cards over the phone.
We keep our prices low by eliminating some costly expenses.
We'll take your check, money order or Paypal.
You can email, phone or fax your order and then mail a check if you like.

When do you ship?
We ship 5 days a week.
Via
UPS Ground
Web site orders are filled first followed by auction orders.
Most
orders are filled within 24 hours and ship the following business
day. If you need it FAST let us know. We have access
to all UPS services, including priority overnight.
Additional charges may apply, of course.

Our items are rarely returned
(just once or twice in the last 2 years, actually.)
If you have a reason to return an item we'll use the following policy:
No unauthorized returns, please. We can't accept them.
You must contact us prior to returning any merchandise.
If there is an error in your order, of course, we'll fix it as soon as humanly possible,
at no further charge to you.
Wedding items are not returnable. Know what you need and how much prior to placing your order!
If you've decided you don't want, can't use, or ordered too much of an item
you may return unused, sealed packages of the item to us for a refund less shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee
within 30 days of placing the order.
Any other reason will be considered on a case by case basis.
